Imad A. El-Khalil

Mr. Imad El-Khalil is responsible for El-Khalil family's real estate investments and developments in Lebanon, Qatar and the UK. He is the founder and CEO of T.I.M.E Limited and Director of Aradeena, Greyhound Holdings, Tanzania Bottling Company, Access Bro Ltd and International Hotels Ltd.
He graduated with a BA in business from the Lebanese American University (LAU) in 1984.

Ziad A. El-Khalil

Ziad El-Khalil has worked all his life for his family.
He joined MAK Holdings in 2004 heading the finance function and now reports to the Chairman on all investment decisions pertaining to the El-Khalil Group's subsidiaries in Africa and the Middle East. He has over 20 years experience in general management, investment and finance and substantial exposure to the beverages and real estate industries and served in several positions up to General Manager of SBC Nigeria.
He graduated with a BBA degree from the American University of Beirut in 1985 and in 1987 he received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
From 1988 to 1996 he held different functions rising to general manager, director and alternate chairman of SBC Nigeria, a Pepsi Cola franchise.
From 1996 to 2000 he became group finance director of Time Limited in Lebanon overseeing the overall investments of the group.
In 2001 he established SBC Tanzania and held the managing director and CEO till 2004.
From 2004 to 2006 he became group CFO of MAK holdings.
From 2006 to the present he was appointed to deputy CEO and CIO of MAK holdings.
Mr. El Khalil holds several directorships including executive director of Qatar Coral, director of SBC Nigeria, executive director of SBC Tanzania, executive director of SBC Kenya and SBC Ghana, director and executive committee member of Continental Beverages SAL, director Time LTD, Director Aradeenah S.A.L Lebanon and also director of the Lebanese Commuting Company S.A.L.
He is a founding member of the Young Presidents Association (YPO) Lebanon.

Albert Kittaneh

Mr. Albert Kittaneh is currently the Managing Director of Evolution Investments W.L.L. in Manama, Bahrain. He comes with a wealth of experience in commercial banking and investment banking spanning over 29 years. He worked for Bank of New York, USA as an investment counselor then moved on to Manufacturers Hanover Trust, New York where his last post was Managing Director & Regional Manager for the Middle East. He then became the Managing Director of Chemical Bank Middle East out of Bahrain before moving to BMB Investment Bank in Manama as Chief Executive Officer for 16 years. Mr. Kittaneh is a current and most trusted member of the Board of the El-Khalil Family Office.
Formerly a member of the Bahrain Bankers Society, Chairman of the Bahrain Bankers Club, Vice Chairman of Securities Investment Company in Bahrain and Chairman of its Executive Committee, and Director of Oryx Capital in Saudi Arabia.
He graduated with Bachelors Degree in Economics from Fordham university in New York and MBA in Finance from Columbia university in New York.

Joe Psaroulla

Joe Psaroulla is Graduate of Portsmouth University UK In 1980 has been with D G Jones & Partners since then. He has worked in the UAE, Istanbul, Cyprus, Iraq, Kuwait and France but is based in Lebanon. Joe Psaroulla has an unequalled knowledge in the Lebanese construction and property market and has been responsible for many landmark projects in Lebanon. As Managing Director, Joe overseas all projects in Lebanon and specializes in Project Management.

Ali M. Al Hajj

Mr. Ali Al Hajj joined MAK Holdings S.A.L. as Chief Financial Officer in 2009. He has worked in different industries in Europe and the Middle East and has over 21 years of experience in general management, finance, auditing and business consulting.
He graduated with a BBA from the Lebanese American University (LAU) in 1988, followed by studies in international taxation and risk management in the Netherlands. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1993.

Aline El Khoury

Maitre "Aline M. El Khoury" joined Qatar Coral for Real Estate Development L.L.C as legal advisor starting 2010. She has over 14 years of experience in commercial litigation and legal advisory. She acts for clients in both Qatar and Lebanon.
Prior to establishing her legal firm in 2004, she worked for a well known full service firm and banks in Lebanon and Qatar, where she practiced as Attorney at Law with a focus on commercial claims and real estate litigation.
She graduated with a degree in law studies at USJ in 1995 and Master in banking and finance from La Sagesse University in 1997. She was admitted to the Lebanese Bar as a barrister and solicitor in 2000.
